Storied Alabama College Football Programs Promote BuildSubmarines.com

A football sits laces up on its long side. The background is black.

They may be rivals on the football field, but the athletics departments of the University of Alabama and Auburn University are each now part of the critical mission to promote maritime manufacturing careers and training in the State of Alabama and beyond.

Starting with the 2024 season, and over a multi-year span, BuildSubmarines.com will be prominently featured during Alabama Crimson Tide and Auburn Tigers home football games. These presentations include signage in Bryant-Denny and Jordan-Hare Stadiums, placements in printed, email, and social media content for fans, and mentions during home team radio broadcasts.

In the first season of these partnerships, BuildSubmarines.com is serving as the presenting sponsor of two games: Auburn vs. Arkansas on September 21 and Alabama vs. South Carolina on October 12. This includes BuildSubmarines.com being set up in the respective university’s fan zones to discuss careers available nationwide.

The State of Alabama and its suppliers to the U.S. Navy’s Maritime Industrial Base are of significant and growing importance to the effort to build the next generation of Navy ships, including submarines. An estimated 140,000 skilled tradespeople are needed nationwide over the next decade to ensure the Navy meets its goal of having three new submarines per year while maintaining its current undersea platforms and supporting partner nations.

BlueForge Alliance, a non-profit defense industrial base integrator and owner of BuildSubmarines.com, is proud to add these two great institutions to a wide range of engagements reaching Americans eager to find new careers and opportunities which sustain families and support our military.
